24 hours prior to your appointment you’ll be contacted to help make your initial visit a seamless experience.
When it’s time for your visit, simple check in at the virtual waiting room or in person at the HealthHUB kiosk.
Your licensed therapist will then greet you before starting your session either virtually or in a private room if meeting face to face.
Following your session, we’ll send you a visit summary, as well as a satisfaction survey. and a bill for any out-of-pocket costs.
